NEED TO DROP SOMETHING OFF AT SCHOOL?

If your student left something at home and you needed to bring it to school, we have bins outside the main office entrance for this purpose.  Kindly have your students name on the lunch, Chromebook, folder, etc.  Please stop at one of the bins to deposit your item.  Please honk to alert the office that something is there for delivery.  Thank you.

Batavia Mother’s Club is having their annual coat drive.  Bins are outside the AGS office.  Please see the attached flyer for details!  Coat Drive Flyer 2020.docx

Halloween – This year there will not be a Halloween parade or Halloween room parties. However, students can come to school wearing their costumes. For our students who attend school on Gold days they will dress up in their costumes on October 29 and students who attend school on Crimson days will dress up on October 30. Costumes should be school appropriate. Teachers will be planning some fun activities for students to do in lieu of having the traditional Halloween parties.

From the School Nurse:

The October 15 deadline for physicals and immunizations is quickly approaching. All students, remote and in-person, must complete and file physical and immunization paperwork that is listed for students on this Health Services page by October 15. This deadline, mandated by the State of Illinois, will result in students who have not filed their forms by the deadline being restricted from learning. Please do not delay.

With the cooler wet weather having arrived, please remember to send in an extra set of clothes for your student.  The office does not have clothes to share.  You will get a call from the nurse to bring extra clothes in the event they are needed.  Thank you.
