Sealed Proposal for: Batavia High School-ACT Test Preparation Services

Batavia Public Schools is requesting quotes from qualified institutions to finance the purchase of approximately 220 desktop and 235 laptop computers. The anticipated base cost of the equipment is $439,000, with delivery anticipated in June, 2010. Two, 3-year lease types will be considered: 1) fair market value and 2) lease-to-own. Proposals must be received by 10:00 AM on Wednesday, May 19, 2010. Additional requirements are as follows:

1. 1. Lease rate, estimated APR and monthly payment are specified.
2. 2. Options and cost for monthly or yearly payments are included.
3. 3. The contract contains a governmental “non-funding” clause.
4. 4. A copy of the proposed contract must be presented.
5. 5. A list of one to three references of Illinois public schools is available for contact.
6. 6. A profile of your institution is enclosed.
